This vegan nacho cheese sauce is the perfect snack for a football party. It tastes (to me) just like cheese dip that you get from a jar, but WAY better! This recipe is similar to my vegan nacho cheese dip recipe, but this is a thinner sauce versus a spread. You can use this recipe as a dip for chips to take to parties, or you could pour it over some cooked veggies as a side dish for dinner. Who said vegan food can’t be healthy and fun and delicious too?
