Bark is one of the easiest sweet treats you can make. All you need is a bowl, a spoon, a mallet and a microwave and you can prepare a delicious dessert in about 10 minutes. My cinnamon ginger bark was inspired by a recipe I saw on Facebook for Oreo bark. It uses basically the same ingredients, but instead of regular Oreos, I used the Cinnamon Bun flavored ones and some ginger snaps! How can you go wrong, really?

Ingredients
  1. 1 bag white chocolate baking chips
  2. 1 T. coconut oil or vegetable shortening
  3. 8 Cinnamon Bun flavored Oreos, crushed
  4. 8 Ginger Snap cookies, crushed
Instructions
  1. Put the baking chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe mixing bowl
  2. Microwave for 30-45 seconds at a time (stirring each time) until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Be super careful not to overcook! I can usually achieve the right consistency in about 3 stints.
  3. Mix the crushed cookies into the melted chocolate mixture
  4. Spread in an even layer onto a cookie sheet or baking pan lined with wax paper
  5. Cool in the fridge for 10 minutes or until set
  6. Break apart into serving size pieces and enjoy
